Do I need experience with AI?

You don’t need to be an AI expert. The planned training starts with orientation and foundations, then connects what you learn to practical real estate workflows. We’ll help you identify a useful starting point in our initial conversation.

What’s available today?

The platform is in private beta with five ready workflows: Buyer Tour, CMA, RPA Lens, Offer Comparison, and Fiduciary Sales Report. Seller Net Sheet is also in beta. Video training is in development and the Skool member community is planned. Ask us about current access and launch availability.

Is this for individual agents or whole teams?

Both. California brokers and team leaders are our initial focus, and individual agents are welcome. The membership is designed to connect practical training, the tools platform, and an ongoing community. We’ll discuss the right approach for your business directly.

How does membership pricing work?

Membership pricing and rollout details are being finalized. Tell us about your goals and team size, and we’ll discuss availability and the options with you. Submitting an inquiry creates no payment obligation.

Can members help decide what gets built?

Yes—that’s central to the planned Skool community. Members will be able to suggest and vote on future tools. This input will inform product priorities; voting is not currently a feature of the SkillTree AI tools platform.

Where does professional judgment fit in?

At the center. SkillTree helps organize information and prepare the work. You verify source details, review and edit the result, and decide what to share with clients. AI supports your experience and responsibility as a real estate professional.
