Terms for using SkillTree AI

Agreement and eligibility

By accessing SkillTree AI, you agree to these terms. You must be legally able to enter this agreement and use the service only for lawful professional or business purposes. If you use SkillTree for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your Google account secure. You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious content, infringe another person’s rights, or use SkillTree to violate real-estate, privacy, fair-housing, advertising, or other applicable laws.

Professional responsibility

SkillTree provides workflow assistance and draft outputs. It is not a substitute for your professional judgment, brokerage supervision, or advice from qualified legal, tax, lending, escrow, title, or other professionals. You are responsible for verifying source documents, calculations, deadlines, disclosures, and generated content before use.

No output creates an agency, fiduciary, attorney-client, or other professional relationship with SkillTree.

Your content and our service

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant SkillTree a limited right to process that content only as necessary to operate, secure, and improve the requested service. You represent that you have the rights and permissions required to provide it.

SkillTree and its software, design, branding, and documentation are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms provide a limited right to use the service; they do not transfer ownership.

Availability and disclaimers

The service may change, experience interruptions, or discontinue features. To the extent permitted by law, SkillTree is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the extent permitted by law, SkillTree and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service.

Suspension, changes, and contact

We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, or third parties, or to address violations of these terms. We may update these terms as SkillTree evolves; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
