How SkillTree handles your information

Information we collect

When you request access, we collect the name, email, brokerage, market, and workflow information you provide so we can evaluate and respond to your request. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, profile image, and a Google account identifier. Google does not share your password with us. We also collect information you submit through SkillTree, such as tool requests, votes, workflow inputs, and support communications.

Vercel and our other infrastructure providers may process standard technical data, including IP address, browser type, request timestamps, and diagnostic logs, to operate and secure the service.

Documents and workflow data

Workflows labeled “local” are designed to process uploaded documents in your browser. Information submitted to server-backed features is transmitted securely and used only to provide the requested feature, maintain the service, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.

Do not upload information you are not authorized to use. Review generated output before relying on it or sharing it with a client or third party.

How we use and share information

We use information to authenticate users, deliver workflows, save user-submitted requests, improve reliability, communicate service updates, and protect SkillTree and its users. We do not sell personal information or use it for third-party behavioral advertising.

We share information only with service providers that help us operate SkillTree, when you direct us to, in a business transfer, or when required to comply with law or protect rights and safety.

Retention, security, and your choices

We retain account and contribution data for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and comply with law. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.

You may stop using SkillTree at any time and revoke Google access from your Google Account. To request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, contact us at maxarmandbroker@gmail.com.

Children and policy changes

SkillTree is intended for real-estate professionals and is not directed to children under 13. We may update this policy as the service changes; the effective date above will identify the latest version.
